The large lot size allows for adding significant square footage to the home, and the Sellers envisioned a modest second story that could function as a separate unit from the main home, which could also function as a private floor for out of town guests or as a short term rental unit to generate a stream of income. The Sellers engaged their favorite architect to complete the plans and even went through the full permitting process.
